Our Story

For nearly 75 years, one thing has never changed at Farrow Ward Ford: people have always come first.

Since 1952, our family has had the privilege of serving Ripley and the surrounding communities with one simple philosophy: treat every customer the way we’d want our own family to be treated.

The Beginning

Our journey began when our family purchased an existing Ford dealership in Ripley. What started as a small hometown dealership soon became much more than a place to buy a vehicle. It became a place where friendships were built, handshakes meant something, and customers became lifelong friends.

Early 1970s

Finding our home

As our community grew, so did we. In the early 1970s, we moved into the location we proudly call home today. For more than five decades, customers have driven through the same front entrance, been greeted by familiar faces, and experienced the hometown service that has become a Farrow Ward Ford tradition. While our facilities have evolved over the years, the values that built this dealership have never changed.

Today, Farrow Ward Ford remains family-owned and locally operated, and we’re proud to continue the tradition of serving Northeast Mississippi with honesty, integrity, and genuine appreciation for every customer who trusts us with their business.

This achievement places Farrow Ward Ford among the top Ford dealerships in the nation for customer satisfaction and overall excellence.

While we’re incredibly proud of those awards, they aren’t what defines us.
